There will be a special meeting of the board to discuss changing the bylaws to add an additional board member.  That will bring the total number of board members to 10.  By adding a board member we can bring more diversity and expertise to our organization .

The meeting will be held on August 9th at 7pm.  Please mark your calendar and if your able to attend and add your thoughts, we the board would welcome it.
